"Great course that will be helpful to any athlete (or coach) preparing for races in the heat (such as Kona). I love that Endure IQ courses take the science and pull it apart for practical application. I also love that the presenters are obviously passionate and invested in endurance sport and cut through the blizzard of bullshit marketing information in the world to provide education based on fact."

"This course does a great job of breaking down the science into easily implementable techniques which can be applied to training and racing in both temperate and hot conditions. Needless to say learning how to maximise the heat for my own gains has been the best thing I’ve done to improve my performance at key races."

"LDT 103 is a great tool for athletes like me who want to be assured of success when competing in the heat. I found the course to be well structured, logical, and pitched at a level that was easily accessible. Having worked so hard to qualify for Kona, I was delighted to find a course that simplifies the process of heat adaptation, based on science and research. For athletes looking to race in hot climates, the course will deliver an essential element of training that will be most welcome come race day."
